The design is inspired by the iconic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio concept from 1977 – a time-tested classic featuring cool-touch handles, practical pouring rims, stackability, and full compatibility with lids and other Eva Trio elements. The pots are oven-safe, dishwasher-safe, and suitable for all types of heat sources.
