Multi 5-ply Frying Pan 24 cm steel base

The Eva Trio Multi Frying pan with a steel base is designed for high-temperature frying with precise control. It takes a little practice to master the technique, but the reward is well worth it: perfectly seared, caramelised crusts and intense, sealed-in flavour. The steel finish is easy to maintain, ideal for all types of cooking, and with the right care and maintenance lasts a lifetime.

The pan body is made of 90 per cent recycled stainless steel and 100 per cent recycled aluminium. The ingenious Multi-layer 5-ply construction consisting of five layers of stainless steel and aluminium provide the best of both worlds: aluminium’s instant and even heat distribution and the steel’s protection against wear and corrosion. The sturdy construction retains heat efficiently, distributing it evenly from the base all the way up the sides. Whether you are frying, sautéing or reducing a sauce, this pan gives you full control and rapid temperature adjustment.

The pan is safe to use with metal utensils, works on all heat sources, is virtually maintenance-free, and is dishwasher-safe or can be cleaned with a steel scouring pad as needed.

The design is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, ensuring that the pan continues to offer cook-friendly features like cold handles and a pouring lip, while it is also stackable and can share lids with other Eva Trio lines.
