The design pays tribute to the iconic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio originals from 1977, renowned for their cold handles, practical pouring lip, stackability, and full compatibility with lids and other accessories in the Eva Trio line. The pan is compatible with all heat sources and is dishwasher-safe.
