Edge Chip Warranty
Eva Trio porcelain is developed for everyday use and high durability. We therefore offer a 10-year edge chip warranty on selected porcelain products. The warranty covers products in the Legio, Legio Nova and Legio Nova Palette series.
This warranty is issued by Eva Trio A/S (CVR no. 30338413), Måløv Teknikerby 18-20, 2760 Måløv (hereinafter “Eva Trio”).
The warranty applies to products purchased on or after 1 July 2026 and covers first-quality products only, meaning products not sold as second-quality products.
An edge chip means a minor chip or flake occurring along the edge of a porcelain product as a result of an ordinary impact or knock during normal use.
If an edge chip occurs on the edge of the porcelain during normal private use, we will replace the product with a new or equivalent product. To obtain a replacement, valid proof of purchase and the affected product must be presented.
The warranty is conditional upon the product having been used and maintained in accordance with the care and use instructions supplied with the product or otherwise made available by Eva Trio for the relevant product. The edge chip warranty applies only to purchases made by private individuals for private use and may only be invoked by the original purchaser upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and is provided in addition to, and without limiting, the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights against the seller under applicable consumer legislation, including the statutory two-year legal warranty in the event of lack of conformity or defects.
Limitations of the Edge Chip Warranty
The warranty covers edge chips only and does not cover:
- Breakage, fractures or cracks
- Peeling or chips outside the edge
- Crazing of the glaze
- Damage caused by impact, dropping, incorrect use or other external influences
- Ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic changes
The warranty covers porcelain only and does not cover ceramics or stoneware.
Care and Use Instructions for Porcelain
All porcelain from Eva Trio may be used in the oven and microwave and may also be stored in the freezer.
