If a return is required, the purchaser is responsible for returning the product to Eva Trio. We recommend returning the item as a tracked parcel.
We only accept return parcels delivered directly to our address during our opening hours. We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or using delivery options that may result in delivery outside our opening hours. Please choose a delivery option that ensures delivery during normal business hours. We cannot accept or acknowledge receipt of parcels delivered overnight or outside our opening hours.
All returned goods must be sent by prior agreement with Eva Trio and directly to our address. If a return is made without prior agreement, shipping costs, currently DKK 49, may be deducted.
