The pot for larger projects. Ideal for preparing larger portions of soup, simmering, whole chickens or homemade stock. The body of the pot is made from 98% recycled post-consumer aluminium and features a ceramic Slip-Let® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking and becoming burnt on, making cooking and cleaning easier. The design is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, ensuring compatibility with existing Eva Trio lids. The pot can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, is scratch-resistant and suitable for all heat sources. It is also dishwasher safe.
